Co-ordination Manager for Frontline Services
The Paperweight Trust is the Jewish community’s citizens advice bureau, providing practical help and guidance across a range of issues including welfare benefits, debt management, family law, and general household administration and budgeting.
As part of our COVID-19 response strategy, we are seeking an experienced Co-ordination Manager for a full-time position to help us direct and supervise our 200 strong volunteer team operating in London, Manchester and Gateshead. This post is being funded by the Coronavirus Community Support Fund, distributed by the National Lottery Community Fund.
The successful candidate will have a familiarity with statutory processes, community facilities and the local and national social care network. In addition, they will have excellent management skills, be IT literate and be able to encourage other team members in the pursuit of the excellent delivery of creative solutions for those in crisis. Self-organisation, a confident and approachable manner, and an ability to work within all sectors of the Jewish community is essential.
We are a small and friendly office based in Hendon, though currently working remotely.
