Exeter University and JLC agree Israel debate details
Exeter University and the Jewish Leadership Council will co-host an event to address how Israel is represented in academic discussions in the UK.
The debate will take place at the university’s St Luke’s campus on 1 February.
Entitled ‘The treatment of Israel in academic discourse at UK Universities’, it will feature academics, students and community members and will be chaired by Professor Sir Steve Smith, who said: “I’m delighted the university will host this debate.”
