French Jewish politician found dead in home
A local French politician has been found dead in his apartment with multiple stab wounds.
Alain Ghozland, 73, a Republican councillor from Creteil near Paris, which has a large Jewish population was found dead on Tuesday.
After failing to show up for synagogue which Times of Israel report he did every day, Ghozland’s relatives alerted authorities. A family member told Metro News that the body showed signs of both stabbing and beating, but police have no leads on the investigation yet,
An autopsy would determine the cause of death.
