Girls enjoy Essex football festival
Wohl Ilford Jewish Primary School girls Years 5 & 6 football team geared up for the coming season by taking part in an Essex County tournament.
The squad, which comprises of Abigail Garrett, Isabella Roukin, Abigail Saltman, Sophie Bracey, Jenna Cohen, Sophie Glendenning, Scarlett Harris, Libby Partridge and Libby Herst, qualified for Tuesday’s competition after finishing runners-up at a seven-a-side football festival, which saw them come up against 14 other schools in the Redbridge Borough.
