Head of Finance & Operations

Full-time role

NNLS seeks an exceptional individual to join our team. This is a new role, which is likely to be very varied in nature. It will encompass a range of responsibilities, broadly overseeing the Synagogue’s finances and head office operations. The role will include setting and managing budgets, preparing management accounts, negotiating and managing contracts, and various aspects of risk management. The job will demand leadership skills, adaptability and the ability to manage and work collaboratively with professional and lay leadership teams alike.

A formal accounting qualification is preferred.

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
