Hustings planned for London Assembly candidates
CANDIDATES HOPING to represent two of the most populous Jewish constituencies on the London Assembly will go head-to-head in a series of hustings. Twenty-five Assembly Members will be elected on 5 May when Londoners also go to the polls to select a new mayor.
The London Jewish Forum will next week host hustings for Barnet and Camden at JW3 on Monday and Redbridge and Havering at a local venue the following evening. Hustings for Brent and Harrow, Central Harrow have been confirmed for 14 April.
LJF director Joe Vinson said: “These hustings are a brilliant way for Jews across London to engage with the potential politicians who will be leading the capital for the next four years.”
