IN PICTURES: 1000 take part in UJIA’s Big BBQ
UJIA held their first Big BBQ for Yom Ha’atzmaut across London and Essex, attracting 1000 people.
In Radlett, Michelle and Stephen Grossman hosted 50 people at their home to celebrate, with guests including Israeli teens, connecting UK communities to Israel.
Elana Cohen, 22, hosted a BBQ at home in Essex, and raised £150 to fund higher education for young people in the Galil.
Each host was given a free gift pack to make their BBQ special.
