In Pictures: Getting on with Resource
Prospective employees descended on JW3 to hear from experts from employment services centre Resource, in the hope of helping them get a new job. Attendees were taken through the ins and outs of CVs, interviews, networking and issues to think about for those seeking to get back into the workplace. “The employment seminar sessions take in what employers look for in candidates, methods to help plan and keep motivated in job search,” said the Resource team. “It included successful CV writing and the importance and value of networking, highlighting some less obvious ways of doing it.” Delegates also heard first-hand from those who had previously used Resource’s free service to land a job. The event was media partnered by Jewish News.
