In pictures: Mitzvah Day parties hard!
A party for volunteers and coordinators marked the conclusion of the largest Mitzvah Day last Sunday.
As well as the annual Community Hero Award, there were presentations of Mitzvah Day accolades.
The all-year round award went to Moishe House London, whose one-off bakeathon alongside residents of a local homeless shelter has turned into a fortnightly project, while Northwood and Pinner Liberal shul was honoured for its interfaith work after acting as a hub for donations for refugees from all faiths.
Other award winners were Sinai Synagogue in Leeds and Broughton Jewish Primary School
