In pictures: Seed dinner raises £400,000
Jewish education charity seed’s annual dinner, hosted by Jonathan and Sharon Goldstein, raised more than £400,000 to help the charity continue its work nurturing Judaism in modern family life. The dinner at the Lancaster Hotel welcomed nearly 700 guests, who came to hear more about the work of the charity and listen to the words of Chief Rabbi of Tel Aviv and former Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau. Guest speaker Rabbi Lau told guests that seed is “the bridge to keeping the family together”.
