Israeli basketball player joins Houston Rockets
Omri Casspi, the first Israeli to play in the NBA, has signed a two-year contract with the Houston Rockets.
Having spent two disappointing seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers, the forward will be entering his fifth season in the NBA. Casspi will be joined in the League by a second Israeli after Gal Mekel signed up with the Dallas Mavericks.
