James soars to third gold
Javelin thrower James Bongart won gold for the third successive year at the weekend.
Competing in the U20 category at the Essex County Championships in Chelmsford, the 17-year-old won the competition with a throw of 51.17m for his club WGwEL.
Bongart, who won silver and bronze for Team GB at the Maccabiah Games in Israel last summer, was the youngest participant, and follows on from his success earlier in the season, where he finished third in the British League competition at Eton.
