HMH Eilat moved a point clear at the top of the table after won a five-goal thriller, beating HMH Jaffa 3-2.
Alyth Belsize Red claimed their first win of the season after they came away from HMH Afula with a 6-0 win.
The final game in the group saw Hendon United Green kick-off their campaign with a 1-0 win over Hendon United Blue.
