GOALKEEPER
Jake Doffman (Norstar London Raiders A) – Made two outstanding saves to ensure a clean sheet and a Raiders win. Getting better and better as season progresses
DEFENCE
Simon Englander (Boca Jewniors) – Superb at left-back, didn’t put a foot wrong and bombed forward at any given chance
Mike Paterson (Brixton Old Boys) – Proved to be a great leader on the pitch, won all his tackles and got on the scoresheet
Jake Yudelowitz (Norstar Raiders C) – Marshalled the defence superbly, back to the form that earned him player of the year last season.
Alex Chernoff (Redbridge Jewish Care A) – Made his first appearance at right-back and was simply sensational
MIDFIELD:
Dovi Vogel (London Rovers) – Claimed two goals and two assists, worked extremely hard both defensively and going forward
Ethan Deal (KS Reunited) – Commanding sitting in front of the back four, strong in the tackle and rarely gave the ball away
Marc Cohen (SPEC) – Drove the team forward with some excellent pressing, and claimed a stunning goal to cap off his performance
Joel Lassman (FC Team C) – Worked extremely hard for the team and scored two goals that his performance deserved.
ATTACK:
Shim Bensoor (FC Team A) – Was prolific as he scored four times, caused the Lions defence all manner of problems and is now starting to find his shooting boots
Mitch Hahn (Woodford Wanderers) – Imperious up front, scored twice including a cracking 25-yard effort to help knock Redbridge out of cup
