Sax star to play JW3 gig for Anne Frank Trust
One of London’s finest sax players is to play at JW3 on Wednesday evening to raise money for the Anne Frank Trust.
London-based Joe Leader, nicknamed ‘Smokin Joe’ by some mischievous Jewish media outlets, will light up the Finchley Road venue with a seven-piece band and vocal back-up in what music industry experts have described as a fuse of “soulful Jazz with R&B, Rock and Pop”.
The charity gale will be in aid of the Anne Frank Turst, which works with young people to combat prejudice and hatred.
