Man charged over Golders Green anti-Semitic incident
A 42-year-old man has been charged by police investigating an anti-Semitic incident on a 102 bus in north London.
Ian Campbell, of Bowes Road, N11, was arrested last week on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence.
He was charged the same day with “Racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress” and “Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress”.
Campbell was bailed to attend Hendon Magistrates Court on 9 October. He is not allowed to travel on the 102 bus between Golders Green and Henlys Corner.
