David Rose joins the staff as Assistant Rabbi, with him taking up his new role next week
Mill Hill United Synagogue has announced Rabbi David Rose will be joining them as its new Assistant Rabbi.
Working with Rabbi Yitzchak Schochet, Rabbi Rose, who hails from London, will begin his role on 9 July.
After completing a degree in Management, he spent nearly nine years in Israel where he received semicha from the Jerusalem Kollel, before in 2005, was hired by the Ronald S Lauder Foundation, and charged with building a young Orthodox community in Berlin for recent immigrants from the FSU.
He returned to England in 2015 and now lives in Edgware with his wife, Talia, and children. He is involved in various community projects and speaks regularly at shuls and schools in the area.
