NATIONAL CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR

CST is offering a fantastic opportunity for motivate people to work as part of their new 24/7 state-of-the-art Security Control Centre.
Duties include:
- Monitoring images across multiple sites within established processes
- Determining the best response/escalation to incidents
- Liaising with staff to co-ordinate the appropriate emergency response when required
- Monitoring and responding to location radio traffic
- Performing first level triage on incoming incidents
The ideal applicant should have:
- Previous security experience
- Tech-savvy: enjoy using innovative technology
- A strong team player
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to remain calm and focussed under stress and pressure
- Happy to work on a shift basis
- SIA license (not essential – can be obtained through CST)
