Netanyahu congratulates Israeli league champions
Israeli Prime Minister hosted Premier Division champions Hapoel Beer Sheva
Israeli Prime Minister Benajmin Netanyahu hosted Israeli Premier Division champions Hapoel Beer Sheva, after they claimed their first title in 40 years.
A 3-1 win over Bnei Sakhnin saw the Negev team finish two points ahead of Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Netanyahu had earlier tweeted: “I congratulate the team for this immense achievement; Beer Sheva is now not only the cyber capital, but also the soccer capital. Well done.”
