Orthodox rabbis converge on London for first-of-its-kind conference
Over 150 Orthodox rabbis have converged on London for a first-of-its-kind conference early in the New Year.
Outreach organisations Aish UK, JLE and SEED brought together participants from the United Synagogue, Federation of Synagogues, University Jewish Chaplaincy, Kesher, Tikun and Gesher.
Delegates discussed co-operating to achieve the best educational, pastoral and religious leadership for their respective communities.
“There has been a palpable sense of being on the same team,” said Rabbi Naftali Schiff of Aish UK. “This forum has the potential to contribute in a very significant way to the future of Anglo Jewry.”
