Part-time Doctors receptionist
Nova Health Clinic is looking to recruit a part-time Doctors receptionist position.
Skills required:
- pleasant telephone manner
- passionate about women’s health
- willing to learn
- Team player
- computer literate with good written skills
- attention to detail
- experience in the medical field a bonus
Hours: Roughly 7 hours weekly (6.30 pm -10.30pm)
Some responsibilities include:
- Providing patients with necessary information
- Take payments
- Produce invoices and reports
- Ensuring reports are sent promptly to the correct clinic
- Keep account of payments and attendances of patients
- Liaise with clinic staff and the Directors
- Ensure smooth running of the clinic
