Pensioner, 92, has Giant wish fulfilled meeting Rag’n’Bone Man
Sydmar Lodge Care Home resident Sheila Solomons meets 34-year old singer-songwriter at ON Blackheath Festival
A Jewish woman aged 92 has knocked one of her life’s wishes off her bucket list, by seeing Rag’n’Bone Man in concert before meeting the singer-songwriter backstage.
Sheila Solomons, a resident of Sydmar Lodge Care Home in Edgware, told her activities coordinator Robert Speker that she would like to see Rag’n’Bone Man – aka Rory Charles Graham, 34, – in concert.
The wish came true on Sunday when Sheila attended ON Blackheath Festival as a VIP guest, hearing him perform then meeting him backstage, where he presented her with a signed album.
Speker said: “It was wonderful to be able to arrange for Sheila to attend and see the joy on a 92-year old being able to have her wish fulfilled.”
