Lead Programme Director

Passion for the Jewish community and developing leaders?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, experienced and motivated Programme Director to join Lead, the JLC’s leadership development division.
The Programme Director will develop and run the Adam Science Leadership Programme, our flagship young adults’ programme which has developed 250 communal leaders over the last 25 years.
He/She will also play a key role in developing the range of Lead’s offering, including providing consultancy to communal organisations.
We are looking for a great relationship builder with experience of leadership development, event management and an understanding of the UK Jewish community, who can help shape Lead’s programmes going forward.
