Resource develops specialist AI tech to help jobseekers find work

'Gamechanger' tool for charity supporting more than 1,000 people every year across the Jewish community.

London-based Jewish employment charity Resource has launched a new AI powered tool to help its advisors provide even better support to people looking for work.

Launched on 6 July and funded by a generous donor, the tool was developed by Jonathan Bergwerk and built specifically for the charity, designed to support advisors with a range of employment related tasks, including job searching, CV writing and interview preparation.

It provides structured, consistent support rather than generic AI responses, drawing on the charity’s 34 years of experience helping thousands of clients navigate their careers and secure employment.

In a statement, the charity said: “The technology is there to support advisors, not replace them. Resource’s experienced team remains at the heart of every client journey, providing the personal guidance, encouragement and understanding that technology alone cannot offer.”

Resource advisor and tool developer Jonathan Bergwerk said: “The world of work is changing quickly, and it’s important that we continue to innovate so we can provide the best possible support to our clients.

“By using technology to help advisors produce high quality analyses, documents and recommendations more efficiently, this tool frees up more time to focus on clients and their individual needs. Resource advisor Claire Straus called the new tech “a game changer”, adding that “it allows us to deliver a better service for our clients, helping us work more efficiently and allowing us to spend even more time focusing on the individual needs of each client.”
