Rosh Pinah visited by GB Olympic athlete
Pupils at Rosh Pinah Primary School were paid a visit from triple jump athlete Nathan Fox.
The 2015 British Indoor Champion, and silver medallist at last year’s British Athletics Championships, Fox put the pupils through their paces with a fitness circuit and assembly which pupils had raised sponsorship for.
PE Co-ordinators Mr Munro and Mr Goldin said: “Our pupils raised an incredible amount for the school to take part in the fitness circuit with Nathan.
The pupils have raised more than £1,000 which will go towards new sporting equipment for the school and had an incredible experience of meeting an athlete who will be taking part in the Olympics games in Rio.”
