Secretary for Property Department
Full Time
Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 9.30-5.30
Early closing on Fridays
We are looking for an experienced secretary primarily for the Property Department to work in a well-established, family-owned group of property investment and development companies in N16.
It is essential that the applicant has previously worked in a similar position within a property company environment such as estate agency and/or lettings and has experience of producing legal documents such as tenancy agreements and leases. Knowledge of data systems, administrative procedures is essential, as is proficiency in MS Office.
The ideal candidate will need to have first class customer service and communication skills – both verbal and written – as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload, and be able to work to deadlines.

Salary: Up to £35k dependence on experience
