Service Charge and Management Accountant
This role is required by well-established property group based in Stamford Hill.
Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 9.30-5.30
Early closing on Fridays
Must have excellent excel skills including pivot tables and V Look up , good experience of property service charge accounting and legislation, and good experience and knowledge of property VAT. Good communication skills are essential. Experience of quarterly reporting, budgeting and forecasting is preferable.
Should be at least half way through ACA , ACCA or CIMA exams or be AAT qualified.
Salary: Circa £50k package with flexibility dependent on qualifications
