Shia LaBeouf arrested at New York theatre
Actor Shia LaBeouf has been removed from a New York City theatre for being disorderly and causing a disruption, police say.
It happened at Studio 54 in Manhattan during a performance of the Broadway show Cabaret.
A spokesman for the show says the actor was “disruptive during act one” and was escorted out of the theatre during the interval.
The 28-year-old Jewish star, whose films include Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull, Disturbia and Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, is in police custody and cannot be reached for comment.
No charges have been filed. Police are continuing to investigate what happened.
