Stanmore’s Rabbi Shaw gets top Mizrachi role
Rabbi Shaw is to leave Stanmore and Canons Park Synagogue after 15 years to join Mizrachi UK as its CEO.
Shaw joined the United Synagogue in 2000, and was a key member of the organisation through his community work, as the founder of Tribe and creator of the 60 Days and 70 Days projects.
He said: “I am, of course, sad to be leaving the United Synagogue. However, joining Mizrachi UK is the perfect next step. I look forward to working closely with The United Synagogue in my new role as we continue to shape the future of the UK Jewish community.”
