DIVISION ONE:
A goal from Alex Bourne ten minutes from time was enough to give Waldaf Town a precious 1-0 win in a hard-fought game against North London Raiders, inflicting Raiders’ first defeat of the season.
Meanwhile, Brady and Scrabble Harmen fought out a 4-4 draw, with Brady benefitting from a Scott Warren hat-trick and Jason Harris strike, Steve Gold, Stefan Simons, Andy Miller and Steven Moss replied for Scrabble Harmen.
DIVISION TWO:
The top two went head-to-head with Lions emerging as 2-0 winners against rivals EDRS to regain top spot, Michael Abraham and Danny Schindler netted either side of the break.
Hendon Harriers stormed to a 3-0 lead in their encounter with Glenthorne United through Richard Morris’ chip, plus goals from Jon Nesbitt and Faramarz Moghim, and despite Glenthorne responding with goals either side of the interval, Hendon held on to record a 3-2 victory.
St John’s Wood Tigers roared to a 5-1 win over Brady B, thanks to goals from Ilan Cohen, David Hyman, Andrew Cohen, John Perloff and Jonny Feinmesser. Dean Poster scored Brady’s consolation.
