Ten marathons in ten days! – Blog 2
Samantha Tucker has decided to embark on a fundraising challenge with a difference – to run 10 marathons in 10 days in May.
As well as fundraising for a charity close to my heart in the Lake District, I’m also here to raise awareness for Multiple Sclerosis, for Hadassah’s incredible work and to help reach their target of £100,000. Over the next few months, Sam will be writing a blog for us, detailing her preparations for her mammoth challenge, starting with this weekend where she will be running in two marathons…

More miles, more research, more sponsorship, more change!
It’s been a wonderful week here in the London office. The first three donations are in, and they’re fantastic, generous, from the heart and from 3 great people who know Hadassah, understand its advanced research methods, and want more change for Multiple Sclerosis!
It makes my 43 miles at the weekend, (many run directly into a raging sea-side head wind) completely worthwhile.
I ran the Viking Coastal Marathon on Sunday, and on Saturday ran 17 miles of it to ‘warm up’. This is what I do now, it seems completely normal (to me). The photo and medal are proof of the pudding.
Our virgin fundraising page will be up soon, for now donations can be made at http//www.hadassahuk.org
