From founders and developers to designers, lawyers and technology trailblazers, these are the bright young talents of the real-estate world

Last year, Jewish News, in association with DDRE, Fusion Group and Patron Capital, launched a search to identify the leading young Jewish property professionals in the UK.

Following more than 250 nominations, our esteemed judging panel (click here) faced the unenviable task of selecting this year’s Top 40 under 40.

The individuals featured below are listed in alphabetical order, with one standout winner, who received the highest number of votes and is named at the top.

Jacob Loftus, 38, TOP OF THE LIST

Jacob Loftus is helping to redefine the future of property by repurposing existing assets – a vision rooted in sustainability and innovation.

His approach blends commercial acumen with a deep understanding of design and placemaking.

The 38-year-old is the founder and CEO of General Projects, an award-winning creative real estate investor, developer and operator, shaping the future fabric of cities.

The firm has completed more than three million sq ft of modern, mixed-use, metropolitan hubs, including landmark sites such as The Royal Albert Dock in Liverpool, which spans over 375,000 square feet and attracts six million visitors a year, the Heal’s Building in central London, and Metropolis, the former UK headquarters of Woolworths. Known for his “integrity and collaborative spirit”, Jacob consistently delivers value to clients and partners.

Notably, Jacob and his team are focused on sustainability and, to date, have generated £10m of direct social value, including opportunities for more than 4,000 Young people through internships, apprenticeships and events.

Prior to founding General Projects, Jacob was Head of UK at Resolution Property, a £3bn pan-European real estate private equity fund.

His leadership and foresight are shaping the next chapter of real estate, unquestionably marking him out as a visionary figure in the industry.

Joel Barnett, 34

Joel is a real estate investment banker, advising on landmark transactions across Europe. The 34-year-old works in the Real Estate and Lodging Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team at Rothschild & Co, one of the world’s largest independent financial advisory groups. He advises real estate, hospitality and leisure clients on M&A, strategic transactions and capital solutions across the UK and Europe.

Joel specialises in financial analysis, valuation and transaction execution, all while providing strategic guidance to leadership teams and investors. His already remarkable track record includes advising on the €1.7bn acquisition of the Dalata Hotel Group by Pandox, as well as the strategic acquisition of Rocco Forte Hotels by Saudia Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, which valued the group at £1.4bn in 2023.

A chartered accountant by training, Joel joined Rothschild & Co from PCP Capital Partners LLP where, as a senior strategic and financial adviser, he supported the takeover of Newcastle United Football Club and oversaw the operational, commercial and financial aspects of its running.

A dedicated philanthropist, Joel was recently appointed as the financial director and non-executive director of the NW3 Community Land Trust, a registered community benefit society delivering affordable housing for residents across Camden. He leads on its financial strategy, advising the board on capital structuring, long-term financial planning and funding options to support community-led development. Known for his expertise in hospitality and broader real estate sectors, Joel delivers on complex, high-value deals, making him a standout young leader in a competitive industry.

Samuel Castle, 34

As director at Fusion Group, one of the UK’s leading student accommodation developers, Samuel Castle is reshaping the real estate landscape.

In his role, the 34-year-old oversees the firm’s investment strategy and funds under management, building on an already remarkable career transacting more than £2bn of assets across the UK living sector.

Samuel recently joined Fusion following the formal integration of the Tri7 Group, a specialist UK real estate investment and asset management firm which he co-founded in 2018. Sam’s vision for regeneration and value-add strategies, backed by strong industry relationships, is shaped by community consultation to ensure developments meet local needs, with a focus on sustainability through targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A-rated schemes. His sterling efforts have helped Fusion to secure a remarkable development pipeline of more than 10,000 beds.

While at Tri7, Samuel built a pipeline across purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and commercial real estate worth more than £1bn and encompassing more than 3,000 beds.

Notably, in 2021, undeterred by Brexit and the Covid pandemic, Samuel secured a joint venture with Alchemy Special Opportunities, a European private equity and special situations firm, which provided Tri7 with up to £100m of funding to invest £250m into real estate value-add opportunities.

A testament to his exceptional work ethic, Samuel was named the joint 2025 Young Property Person of the Year at the prestigious PROPS Awards.

Will Castle, 37

Will Castle is undoubtedly a rising star in real estate, but it is his work on mental health and suicide prevention that demonstrates outstanding leadership. In 2020, a decade after tragically losing his father to suicide, the 37-year-old started speaking about his experience, making it his mission to raise awareness around mental health and bereavement. That year, Will became Movember’s highest individual fundraiser in the UK, raising more than £16,000, before being recruited as an ambassador for the global men’s mental health charity. In the years since, Will has proactively raised more than £50,000 for charity, been a guest on numerous podcasts and even recently gave a TEDx St Albans talk entitled How to Break the Deadly Cycle of Suicide. In 2025, he also became an award-winning executive producer of a short film, Heirlooms, which highlighted the daily challenges faced by those bereaved by suicide. The film was even shared by West Ham United FC on their social media channels, garnering more than three million views across all platforms.

Praised as a “true leader”, Will’s exemplary attitude is also reflected in his professional endeavours. Currently acquisitions director at Cohabs, Will is responsible for identifying and acquiring new properties to expand the co-living company’s portfolio across London. Since joining in June 2025, he has already spearheaded the firm’s growth by deploying more than £25m across 10 new assets. Will previously worked for two of the largest corporate global agencies – CBRE and Savills – and has advised some of Britain’s leading house builders, including Berkeley, Mount Anvil and Vistry.

Adam Goldstein, 32

Adam Goldstein is a charismatic leader in the property industry and has spearheaded several high-profile transactions in the UK. At just 32, he has rapidly risen to become a vice president at Ares Management, a leading alternative investment manager that has become a dominant force in private credit, with approximately $623bn (£471bn) of total assets under management as of year-end 2025. Adam specialises in real estate equity and has played a vital role in several significant headline transactions.

Last year, Adam was a key contributor in the firm’s acquisition, alongside Slate Asset Management, of a €300m (£262m) Polish real estate portfolio comprising 36 retail parks.

That same year, Adam played an instrumental role in Ares’ acquisition of five UK commercial assets, including an office in Soho, from St James’s Place for a reported £200m. With a strong background in leadership and innovation, which includes holding an MA in political sciences from Columbia University, he oversees major initiatives that enhance organisational growth and performance, notably leading Ares’ investment strategy in both the student accommodation and logistics sectors.

Credited for “demonstrating exceptional vision and deal-making prowess”, his collaborative approach and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the team, consistently delivering impactful results across various business functions.

An upstanding community member, Adam formerly served as a trustee for the Israeli humanitarian organisation Save a Child’s Heart and was involved with Nottingham Jewish Society when at university.

With a roster of impressive deals already under his belt, Adam undoubtedly has a bright future ahead in real estate private equity.

Dan Green, 34

Dan Green is a rising force whose eye for property assets with untapped potential is second to none. With nearly a decade of experience in UK and European real estate, he has been directly involved in the acquisition and disposal of more than £2bn of assets.

The 34-year-old has recently joined real estate developer Fusion Group
as a director, following the formal integration of his former employer,
the specialist UK real estate investment and asset management firm
Tri7 Group. The integration brought Tri7’s £750m capital mandate pipeline and investment expertise under the Fusion banner, thereby expanding its ability to raise and manage third-party capital across the student accommodation and broader living sectors. While at Tri7, Dan’s main responsibility was the origination of new opportunities, with a focus on sites with short to medium-term redevelopment potential. He played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s investment portfolio, growing its PBSA pipeline to more than 3,000 beds.

As the lead on deal origination, acquisitions and underwriting, Dan secured planning for major sites in Loughborough, Leeds and London.

Prior to joining Tri7, Dan was associate director at the market-leading real-estate investor and developer Firethorn Trust, where he played a key role in the aggregation of new sites for a large logistics portfolio.

Already a tour de force in the industry, Dan, who also holds an MSc in real estate investment from Cass Business School, was named joint 2025 Young Property Person of the Year at the prestigious PROPS Awards.

Ben Henry, 31

Ben Henry’s innovative outlook is shaping the future of the UK’s purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector. Since joining the family business, Fusion Group, Ben rose quickly, becoming acquisitions director in 2023.

In his current role, the 31-year-old is laser-focused on expanding Fusion’s growing portfolio of student accommodation assets across the UK.

Travelling the length and breadth of the country, Ben leads the team on whole land acquisitions, planning and the investment finance process. His notable successes include leading a landmark £235m forward-funding deal with Cain International, a major real estate investment firm, thereby demonstrating his expertise in acquisitions, strategy and delivery. He has also helped expand the firm’s pipeline to more than 11,000 beds in 12 sites across the UK worth a gross development value
of £2.2bn.

Recently named Rising Star of the Year at the Young Norwood Property Awards, Ben is consistently praised for his “dynamic and collaborative” approach and whose ethos for positive living through design has set the standard for the industry. Ben began his career at the leading property consultancy BELCOR, as a

sales and leasing agent before cutting his teeth in student accommodation for a year in development and asset Management at the leading operator Collegiate AC. Ben’s passion for growing the living sector is exceptional. Coupled with his expertise in the evolution of PBSA – which included being recently quoted in The Times newspaper – Ben will remain a leader in real estate for years to come.

Alex Randall, 26

Alex Randall is a rising star in real estate capital, with a remarkable calibre of achievements at just 26 years old. Recently promoted to an associate at the leading independent real estate capital advisory business Brotherton Real Estate, Alex is praised for being a “self-starter with a great reputation” who is driven, diligent and smart.

Notable accomplishments include onboarding one of the largest and most active private property companies in the UK, resulting in the origination of more than £130m of debt (YTD), and leading a number of complex transactions.

These include a £73m refinance (whole loan) of a nine-asset portfolio, consolidating eight loans from five lenders, a £41m refinance (senior-mezzanine) of a luxury regional leasehold hotel, and a £19m exit bridge on a newly practical completion residence for sale scheme.

Alex initially joined Brotherton as an analyst, having interned with the firm during the two summers prior.

With a BSc in business administration from the University of South California in Los Angeles, his education, coupled with the experience he gained during his previous internships, have provided him with the tools to manage a range of responsibilities from producing investment memos to managing the Brotherton database and assisting the team with the production of financial models.

Already demonstrating a knack for supporting clients with their financings across the capital stack, Alex’s reputation will only grow as he continues providing sophisticated structuring and execution services.

David Searle, 34, & Guy Horne, 35

Property entrepreneurs David Searle (above) and Guy Horne (below) have built an exceptional business while embodying Jewish values through their extensive philanthropy.

The Manchester-based school friends co-founded HSPG in 2015, growing the firm into one of the UK’s leading social impact real estate investment firms. Setting out to solve Britain’s homelessness crisis, the pair quickly spotted a gap in the market for social impact investors seeking to access residential property investment opportunities delivering positive outcomes for the most vulnerable in society. A decade later, HSPG has housed a staggering 13,000 people and deployed £850m into social housing, working with dozens of housing providers.

Projects include partnering with supported housing provider Ready4Home, which manages hundreds of homes across the North West, and backing a North Manchester food charity by saving it £30,000 in rent over three years. Their firm has featured in major outlets, including The Times, Financial Times, Sky News and Daily Mail. The pair also won the Young Property Personality of the Year at the 2021 Property Awards. Praised for being “relentless operators”, David, 34, and Guy, 35, also extend their remarkable work ethic into philanthropy. Notably, after October 7, David spearheaded a company-wide campaign to raise £120,000 for a Magen David Adom ambulance in honour of Israeli victims, reflecting his strong Jewish heritage.Similarly, Guy regularly donates to Jewish charities and mentors students, embodying entrepreneurship, impact, and faith in action.

Benji Weinberger, 32

Benji Weinberger is a true powerhouse and trailblazer in the property space. Starting out with no backing or connections, the 32-year-old has forged a remarkable decade of excellence in London’s prime property market.

After graduating from Birmingham University with a degree in business management, Benji joined the leading global real estate consultancy Knight Frank in 2015. Aged 23, he became the firm’s youngest associate and, remarkably, rapidly ascended to become the youngest ever partner aged just 27, showcasing his unmatched tenacity and insight across ‘core’ and ‘prime’ markets. In 2022, Benji moved to the luxury real estate advisory firm DDRE Global, where he specialises in the sale of high-end north London properties. Praised for his approach, which combines “pure graft, hard work and ambition”, Benji has secured a stellar reputation with approximately £550m in sales. In 2025, his expertise was further recognised upon receiving Norwood’s Residential Advisor of the Year, affirming his status as a leading property adviser. Well connected in the Jewish community, Benji is a committee member of the Young Norwood charity and mentors young professionals, supporting both Jewish and non-Jewish talent.

The JFS alumnus also has a substantial social media following with more than 8,000 followers on Instagram, which he has used to grow his brand, and co-hosts the popular podcast The Real Estate Talk. A breath of fresh air in real estate, Benji – who has mastered using AI in selling – will undoubtedly remain a game changer in the property industry.

Sam Arghebant, 39

Credited as being one of the hardest working commercial property agents in the business, Sam Arghebant has advised some of the biggest global names in sports, music and media.

The 39-year-old is the co-founder and partner of Albany, a boutique real estate practice specialising in office investment, development, leasing and occupier services across London and the UK.

Since 2023, the firm has grown from strength to strength, completing numerous deals, resulting in £200m of investment transactions, as well as securing more than 250,000 sq ft of leasing acquisition and disposals for numerous major clients, including LVMH Group, Lotus Cars, luxury designer Naked Wolfe and the global marketing business Miroma Group. Sam also recently advised former Manchester United footballer Gary Neville’s sports and entertainment product group Buzz 16, on their acquisition of a new Studio HQ in London. Praised for his “impact, ethos and track record being second to none”, Sam undoubtedly has a very bright future ahead of him.

Tom Cantor, 34

Tom Cantor is co-head of short-term finance at Enra Specialist Finance, one of the UK’s largest non-bank lenders. The 34-year-old has risen quickly through the business and currently manages a bridging and development finance loan book in excess of £1bn – the group’s largest division.

Highlighted for having “developed a reputation for being reliable”, he regularly delivers effective finance solutions for property developers and professionals nationwide. After joining as an executive in 2019, Tom later became head of bridging finance, amassing experience in underwriting, management and operations. Unusually, the Nottingham graduate’s expertise was initially forged in investment banking, where he worked as an assistant director in the financial sponsors team at RBS, providing debt to private equity transactions, and as an M&A associate in the household, personal care and beauty sector at advisory firm Baylor Klein. Already a regular speaker on industry panels, Tom’s burgeoning career as a property financier is going from strength to strength.

Daniel Clyne, 34

Daniel Clyne is a highly regarded real estate lawyer who, in 2023, became the youngest partner at top city law firm Kingsley Napley.

Praised for bringing “sharp commerciality and technical knowledge” to his clients’ transactions, the 34-year-old regularly advises on commercial real estate transactions with experience, acting on acquisitions, disposals, asset management, pre-lets and lettings, financings and developments.

His substantive roster of market deals includes acting on the sale of a West End office and retail building for more than £50m, acting for a global investment fund on the relocation of its UK headquarters, and acting for a developer on the acquisition of a portfolio of commercial buildings from a liquidator for redevelopment. Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Daniel trained at the global law firm K&L Gates and worked in the real estate team at Jones Day.

Dan Cohen, 38, & Simon Perlmutter, 37

Dan Cohen (right) and Simon Perlmutter (below) are co-founders of advisory firm Tuatara Real Estate, specialising in the commercial and living real estate sectors.

From flagship office and retail transactions through to student housing, co-living, hospitality living and build-to-rent, their expertise spans the full investment lifecycle. Since setting up their boutique investment agency in 2023, the pair have concluded more than £300m
of acquisitions and disposals. Close friends since school, Dan, 38, and Simon, 37, both studied real estate at Birmingham University, later joining forces in 2015 at Harris Associates, where they dealt with more than £800m of transactions in eight years.

Renowned for their impressive social media content, the pair have built a substantial online following, resulting in them winning both the Norwood Young Commercial Agents of the Year and Commercial Agents of the Year at the prestigious 2024 PROPS Awards.

Sholom Cohen, 33

For more than a decade, Sholom Cohen has quietly built a sterling reputation as the go-to closer for family offices and private equity funds. Now leading real estate investment fund Yellow Tree’s UK acquisitions, the 33-year-old has deployed more than £100m into standout deals, including the London corporate office Herbal House, and has delivered numerous off-market wins. Sholom’s expertise lies in identifying prime opportunities and meticulously managing the acquisitions process through to deal closing. A RICS surveyor with elite academic credentials, he “blends precision, trust, and commercial instinct”, earning him a seat at the table on the deals that matter. Sholom joined Yellow Tree from real estate investment firm AYW Capital, where he cut his teeth as an investment manager, and previously worked as an associate director at the global real estate adviser Avison Young. With well over 100 deal transactions under his belt, Sholom’s career shows no signs of slowing down.

Haydon Davidson, 33

For more than a decade, Haydon Davidson has built an impressive reputation in real estate investment banking. Having worked with Europe’s largest real estate clients spanning M&A, financings and capital raisings, the 33-year-old has advised on numerous major corporate acquisitions.

He is currently an executive director, EMEA real estate investment banking at Goldman Sachs, having recently joined from J.P. Morgan, where he was vice president, investment banking (real estate). Notable highlights include advising CPPIB/Nido on their €1.2bn (£1.04bn) acquisition of Livensa Living, a major student housing and flexible accommodation operator with circa 9,000 beds across purpose-built student accommodation, and advising Shurgard on its £408m acquisition of Lok’nStore, a leading provider of self-storage in the UK, with 52 stores in operation. Already a seasoned professional in real estate investment banking, Haydon is undoubtedly one to watch in the future.

Eli Dias, 34

Eli Dias is the chief executive officer of Galliard Homes, one of London’s leading property developers. The 34-year-old previously served as the company’s investment and development director, where he specialised in arranging funding for individual projects, as well as sourcing new acquisitions and negotiating many of the group’s key land transactions.

A first-class graduate in building project management, Eli joined Galliard in 2012 and has been pivotal in shaping the firm’s growth, financing and delivery of major residential and mixed-use developments. He provides strategic leadership across the group, ensuring disciplined performances, aligned with its long-term objectives and values. Praised for being “very modest”, Eli’s rapid rise to the forefront of property development unquestionably makes him one to follow for years to come.

Craig Draper, 36

Craig Draper is making waves in London’s estate agency scene with his exceptional track record. The 36-year-old recently founded his own firm, Draper London, which specialises in residential sales, lettings and property management. Prior to his entrepreneurial leap, Craig spent nearly five years at north London estate agency Aston Chase as an associate director, honing his skill as an all-round agent operating across all property types, price points and locations. He also thrived during a spell at Knight Frank, becoming one of the firm’s youngest partners and even securing an award for top broker across all London offices.

Last year, Craig’s efforts were duly recognised at the Young Norwood Property Awards where he won residential agent of the year, having handled more than £250m of property across prime London locations. As he launches his new venture, with the backing of David Pollock, founder of Greene & Co. Estate Agents, Craig will no doubt continue to make waves in the property market.

Daniel Elia, 34

Daniel Elia is a rising star in driving innovative approaches to property marketing.

The 34-year-old currently works as an associate account director at LoopNet, a leading online marketplace for commercial property, providing property listings and marketing solutions for property owners. Since qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2015, Daniel became an early mover in identifying a market gap in innovative online property marketing. His TikTok videos garnered hundreds of thousands of views on LinkedIn, establishing him as a leader in utilising highly effective commercial property marketing to secure property sales by global investors. His efforts have been well recognised, with his winning Commercial Agent of the Year at the Young Norwood Property Awards Dinner in 2023. Highly regarded at LoopNet, he was recognised as the company’s Top Producer in 2024 and undoubtedly has a bright future ahead.

Raphael Feigin, 29

Raphael has masterfully bridged digital innovation and sustainability within the real estate industry.

The 29-year-old is the Head of Connectivity and Infrastructure at Galliard Homes, helping future-proof buildings through the right services and partnerships to improve the resident experience and create long-term value. His team also identifies underused space that can generate new recurring income, helping improve asset performance and support value across the group.

A major focus at present is Galliard Consultancy, which has grown out of work first carried out across Galliard’s own portfolio. The model was developed and proven in-house and is now being offered to external landlords and institutional investors.

Zach Forest, 39

Zach Forest is making his mark in real estate as the founder of Forest Real Estate. Since embracing his entrepreneurial flair by creating his independent commercial agency in 2021, the 39-year-old has expanded his firm to cover the M1 corridor from Middlesex, Hertfordshire and into the adjoining counties. Known for his drive, Zach offers director-level consultations with landlords, tenants and developers alike on all areas of real estate: development, acquisition, investment, tenant placing and disposal.

Praised as a “true deal machine who always puts clients first”, Zach and his team specialise across asset classes, including office, industrial, warehouse and leisure properties. As a previous director at Dutch & Dutch Commercial Property Consultants, he cut his teeth working on the sale and letting of offices, retail, restaurants, industrial and D1/D2 premises.

Elliot Gold, 39, & David Kosky, 39

Entrepreneurs Elliot Gold and David Kosky are on a mission to drive positive change to working life. The pair co-founded flexible office space provider Work.Life in 2015, expanding to 15 locations across London, Manchester and Reading, with more than 9,000 members. Work.Life specifically targets smaller SMEs – solutions include hot desks, individual cubicles, private offices, break-out areas and meeting rooms – providing users with the flexibility to scale their operations without the commitment of long-term leases and overhead costs. Members span a range of sectors, including tech start-ups, creative agencies, professional services, e-commerce, health and wellness, charities and education and training. Elliot, 39, formerly honed his skills as the co-founder of Orchestry, an AI-driven sales automation platform for workspace operators, with David, 39, has experience in wealth and investment management.

Jonathan Jay, 39

Jonathan Jay is the co-founder of Conduit Real Estate, one of Europe’s most successful real estate corporate finance businesses. He is widely regarded as a trusted adviser to some of the world’s most sophisticated investors, with a track record of leading complex, high-value transactions, raising up to 3 billion Euros of financings a year.

His academic background reflects the same level of excellence, holding a first-class degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. In the past year, he has continued to operate at the top of the industry, including advising Centerbridge in one of the largest Industrial Outdoor Storage financings in Europe.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jonathan is deeply committed to philanthropy and community leadership. He serves as a Trustee of a Crohn’s & Colitis charity. Praised for “cultivating long-standing relationships with all walks of life”, Jonathan’s career has flourished as an Orthodox Jew who has proudly represented Jewish values throughout his working life.
David Kanter, 38

David Kanter is a standout commercial real estate lawyer known for executing complex deals, strong leadership and inspiring teamwork at top firm Mishcon de Reya. The 38-year-old has spent his entire career at the leading international law practice, excelling in complex real estate deals for high-profile clients, including Mansford LLP, O&H Properties and L1 Capital. As a partner in the real estate department specialising in commercial real estate, David has extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals, property development, landlord and tenant and investment management work. Known for strategic thinking and remaining calm under pressure, he truly lives the firm’s motto: “It’s business. But it’s personal”. A fluent Hebrew speaker, David is active in the firm’s Israel group and proud of his role in its pro bono work for Israel and wider communal causes.

Robyn Lee, 36

From newbie to managing director in just five years, Robyn Lee is a trailblazing female leader in the property industry. The 36-year-old oversees the market and analytics function at the social impact real estate investment firm HSPG, ensuring organisational efficiency across existing and new business divisions, while focusing on growth, strategy and team development.

Credited as “flying the flag for women, mums and Jewish representation”, she is a proud people champion who has proactively created a psychologically safe working environment. Known for embedding her Jewish values, Robyn co-led HSPG’s staggering £120,000 donation to Magen David Adom and is currently planning an educational Holocaust trip for the whole team to ensure “never again” is more than just words. A runner up at the 2024 Inspiring Women in Property Awards, Robyn’s impressive career includes working as an area manager for Aldi UK, where she oversaw the highest sales area in the North West.

Aviv Leibovici, 36

Aviv Leibovici is on a mission to transform the UK’s construction industry with artificial intelligence (AI). Alongside two fellow graduates of the Israeli Defense Forces, the 36-year-old co-founded Buildots in 2018, using AI to slash delays on large-scale construction projects, including hospitals, data centres, residential and commercial projects.

The product dramatically improves construction efficiency, reducing delays by up to 50 percent. It is used nationwide by many of the UK’s top contractors, including Wates and Sir Robert McAlpine. Remarkably, in just eight years, Aviv has steered the firm’s expansion to more than 300 employees spanning three continents and has raised $166m (£126m) in funding. His firm has received numerous accolades for its innovative approach and was included in Forbes Israel’s Promising Startups list for 2025. Since relocating from Israel, Aviv has helped to steer a transformation in the UK construction industry and shows no sign of abating.

Dean Leslie, 35, & Matt Glazer, 34


Close friends Dean Leslie and Matt Glazer have had remarkable success building a leading real estate business from scratch. With no possibility of financial support from family, the pair started GLPG with bank loans of £10,000 each in 2016. The firm has grown into a renowned real estate advisory group, supported by a 17-person strong and growing team.

In 2025, GLPG advised on more than £600m of transactions across London and the South East. The business is recognised for its dynamism, entrepreneurship, market insight, execution capability and long-standing relationships across the industry. In growing the business, Dean, 35, has utilised his prior experience as a manager at Statons estate agents, complimenting Matt’s background as an assistant manager at Deloitte, where the 34-year-old advised global banking institutions and other capital markets’ participants on accounting for new products and structured transactions. The JFS alumni are also well respected for their charitable giving. Dean is a committee member for the Norwood Annual Property Lunch and the Young Norwood Annual Property Awards Dinner, while Matt is a regular volunteer with the Community Security Trust.

Andy Levy, 39


Andy Levy’s impressive development record includes the London 2012 Olympic venues, the ‘Cheesegrater’ and Heathrow Terminal 2. He is currently head of capital projects, estate division, at the University of Cambridge, overseeing the largest estate in higher education with an existing 772,000 sq m built space within 375 teaching, research and operational buildings. The operational estate is valued at £5.4bn (insurance replacement cost) and comprises a diverse range from Grade 1 listed buildings to state-of-the-art laboratories.

With a background in architecture, construction and consultancy, Andy also uses his extensive experience as a trustee for The London Society, a civic charitable society that brings clarity to the impact of developments on Londoners. An accomplished speaker and contributor to key sector publications such as Building Magazine and Constructive News, the 39-year-old has also been a judge for the Association for Project Management Awards. Undoubtedly one of the UK’s most accomplished built environment professionals, Andy’s career continues to reach impressive new heights.

Ariel Levy, 36 and Daniel Sterling, 35

School friends Ariel Levy (pictured right) and Daniel Sterling (left) are the co-founders of Gen Two Real Estate, an investment and development platform launched in 2021 with a focus on the UK’s evolving real estate landscape.

Since inception, the pair have built a strong team of industry professionals and advisors, underpinned by a strategy centred on creating long-term value across a diversified portfolio; spanning office, life sciences, residential and retail. To date, Gen Two has been involved in over 550,000 sq ft of development, investment and asset management, working alongside a range of institutional partners, HNI’s and other family offices.

Ariel began his career in the Global Advisory practice at Rothschild & Co, where he developed a strong foundation in structuring and executing complex transactions. He has since arranged more than £75 million of development and investment financing across the UK and Israel, and has led the delivery of projects from acquisition through to completion and stabilisation. Daniel started his career at Allsop, qualifying as an MRICS chartered surveyor in 2013. His early experience spanned investment, auctions and valuation, advising high street banks, REITs and institutional clients across a broad range of asset classes.

Together, the founders combine financial, technical and operational expertise – bringing a well-rounded, hands-on approach to real estate that has underpinned Gen Two’s rapid growth and growing reputation as a platform to watch.

Joshua Marks, 37

Joshua Marks is redefining the luxury real estate market. The 37-year-old is the founder and CEO of Park Lord, which specialises in elite, high-value residential properties, as well as commercial real estate in the hospitality and leisure sectors. Since relaunching the firm in 2010, Joshua has sold more than £5bn of property and even featured on Channel 4’s show Britain’s Most Expensive Houses, taking viewers behind the scenes of an £80m Knightsbridge penthouse listing. Before founding Park Lord, Joshua had a successful stint as a partner at the global real estate consultancy Knight Frank, for eight years. He also worked as a sales negotiator at luxury real estate agency Beauchamp Estates in Mayfair, selling high end property across prime central London. Having connected himself to top professionals in the industry globally, Joshua is likely to remain a force to be reckoned with for years to come.

Michael Murad, 35

Michael Murad is a partner and executive director at venture capital firm Pi Labs, overseeing its finance function and day-to-day operations. A highly impactful leader, the 35-year-old successfully institutionalised the Pi Labs platform, marking himself as instrumental in enabling the firm to raise more than $100m from the biggest names in global real estate. For this, in 2019, he was recognised in the Accountancy Age Top 35 Under 35 for his contribution to the growth of the Pi Labs platform.

A respected champion for diversity and impact, with a true passion for developing and inspiring the next generation of real estate leaders, Michael has also recently steered the firm’s sustainability strategy, setting the benchmark for early-stage venture. Before joining Pi Labs, Michael was an executive at the accountancy firm MHA MacIntyre Hudson, where he supported companies ranging from real estate and construction to technology and venture.

Jourdan Rajwan, 39

Jourdan Rajwan has transformed a family office side business into a leading disrupter in property lending. Praised for delivering with “clarity and purpose, even in tough markets” for the past six years, the 39-year-old has thrived as director at CSBF Capital Partners.

The property financier combines sharp execution with integrity, earning deep respect and genuine affection across his clients, colleagues and peers for his handling of deal origination and underwriting. Jourdan, a qualified surveyor, has 20 years of experience in commercial property and real estate fund management. Prior to joining CSBF, he cut his teeth at the British multinational asset management company Schroders and as a senior surveyor at the leading global real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle. Using all his experience, Jourdan has seized the opportunity to establish CSBF’s lending arm into an established, thriving short-term lender with a core offering that helps borrowers and brokers to finalise their deals.

David Rhodes, 38

David Rhodes is a director and head of investments at The Harkalm Group, a privately funded commercial property investment and development company. The 38-year-old has earned a stellar reputation for building strong relationships with UK investment agents since joining the firm in 2008 as a member of the investments team. A partner since 2017, he has overseen £300m of acquisitions across commercial investments and developments, while leading the firm’s Investors in People (IIP) Gold Accreditation, which recognises organisations that excel in people management. Over the past five years, David has overseen the completion of £250m of transactions across 175 deals spanning retail, education, food stores and roadside, all driven through the Group’s direct investment. David is also a committee member of The Harkalm Foundation, which donates one percent of the firm’s profits and staff time to meaningful causes.

Josh Sagal, 38

Josh Sagal is one of north London’s leading lettings negotiators. The 38-year-old works at luxury residential property agency Glentree Estates, where, for the past eight years, he has expertly matched homes with tenants, quickly earning a reputation for his integrity and client-first approach. Praised for his “natural ability to connect with people”, he has become a highly respected, sought-after agent in north-west London who always provides an excellent service to his clients. Prior to joining Glentree, Josh cut his teeth at estate agency Dreamview Estates as a sales and lettings consultant, rising through the ranks with commitment and consistent results. Josh has also devoted much of his talent to the Jewish community, both in his previous roles at the United Synagogue and Bnei Akiva UK, as well as in his spare time volunteering for his local synagogue and Jewish schools. Always exceeding expectations, Josh is expected to have a bright career ahead of him.

Jacob Sandelson, 29

At just 29, Jacob Sandelson is already reshaping the UK real estate landscape through purpose-led, sustainable developments that deliver genuine social value, strong amenity and high-quality places. He founded Compound Real Estate in 2022, a platform specialising in operational real estate strategies within urban environments. Notable projects include leading a £300m platform delivering a major self-storage portfolio across London and key towns around the M25, with multiple landmark sites secured, totalling more than 500,000 sq ft of net lettable area. Jacob also co-founded General People, a 300,000 sq ft workshop platform that has generated more than £5m in social value across major locations, including Expressway in the Royal Docks, Walworth Town Hall in Southwark and Sierra Quebec Bravo in Canary Wharf. Heralded as a “committed leader with strong Jewish values”, Jacob’s blend of purpose with profit marks him out as a standout future leader in the UK real estate landscape.

Miriam Seitler, 34

Miriam Seitler is an outstanding property law barrister who shot to fame as the social media star of Carpool Caselaw. Alongside her father Jonathan Seitler KC, the dynamic duo have garnered more than 80,000 views on LinkedIn for their engaging discussions on property law since launching the series in 2019. Filmed during their car journeys to work, the authentic videos, which include topical debates such as whether Covid-19 provided a reason for tenants not to pay their rents, saw them win the 2020 Legal Cheek Award for Best Use of Social Media. Called to the bar in 2015, the 34-year-old practices in all areas of property litigation landlord and tenant, and real property, at Landmark Chambers. Her specialisms include the Electronic Communications Code, landlords’ consents and leasehold enfranchisement. Miriam is also a contributing editor of Hill and Redman’s Law of Landlord and Tenant (Residential Tenancies, Division C) and a regular contributor to Estates Gazette in a joint column entitled Moot Point.

Daniel Simpson, 29, & Jordan Weinfeld, 29

Daniel Simpson (above) and Jordan Weinfeld (below) are making waves leading one of the UK’s largest airspace and residential freehold property investment firms. Since co-founding Red Cannon Developments in 2020, the pair have grown their portfolio to around £10m of property across numerous sites, securing planning permission through acquisitions within the residential investment field.

Since taking the bold step of leaving their corporate jobs – within a planning consultancy and regional house builder – the pair have rapidly expanded their niche development business into ownership of numerous freehold blocks of flats and residential development sites. In 2025 alone, they secured planning consent for almost 50 units across areas such as West Hampstead, Christchurch, Poole, Selhurst and Wembley. Daniel primarily leads on project managing and overseeing detailed planning applications, while Jordan oversees all facets of Red Cannon’s operations. Praised for their effective collaboration with tenants and owners while achieving significant planning gains, these two passionate Arsenal supporters undoubtedly have a bright career ahead.

Ben Jamie Spencer, 35

Ben Jamie Spencer has driven a transformation in the delivery of sustainable, design-led housing. As the co-founder of gs8, the 35-year-old focuses on creating communities and a sense of lifestyle – what can be termed ‘planet positive living’. Since 2014, the business has been responsible for more than 1,000 regenerative, design-led homes for domestic owner occupiers, primarily first-time buyers and young families, across more than 15 developments, with a current pipeline in the region of 2,000 homes.

In seeking to transform housebuilding, gs8 has executed numerous strategic partnerships with major players, including the Crown Estate, Octopus and Nissan. The former even selected gs8 as a development partner for an exemplar net zero pilot scheme. The firm has won numerous awards, including the RIBA London Sustainability Award in 2024 and Product & Innovation of the Year Award by Octopus Energy in 2025, and was even lauded in The Times newspaper as a “pioneer of sustainable building”. High praise indeed.

Aimee Steinberg, 23


Amy Steinberg is proof that youth is truly no barrier to exceptional dealmaking. The 23-year-old Rare Short Lets Negotiator at Foxtons Central has already leapfrogged many of her senior colleagues, despite having just two years of industry experience. In her first year, Aimee generated a £500,000 profit for the leading high street estate agency, marking an excellent record of billings despite her status as a relative newbie. Praised for her “authentic style” and “unprecedented level of pride in building trusted relationships”, Aimee began her career in public relations, working as a PR apprentice at The Academy. There, she managed accounts for notable clients such as Morrisons and Holland & Barrett, developing her analytical and people skills, before transitioning into a lettings negotiator role. Aimee has all the star qualities of a future leader in a commercial agency.

Alex Valner, 36Alex Valner is the founder and managing partner of Center Capital Partners, a privately-held real estate platform founded in 2021. The 36-year-old oversees all acquisitions, business operations and portfolio management while also sitting on the company’s investment committee. One standout success was the closing of the firm’s first platform, Sky Harbour Group, a private hangar campus company he helped build and take public – thereby proving the potential of niche asset classes. Sky Harbour achieved rapid success, announcing its public offering at the New York Stock Exchange in January 2022.

Prior to co-founding Center Capital Partners, Alex was responsible for western United States acquisitions and asset management efforts at Northwood Investors, as well as Southern California acquisition efforts at Canyon Partners, focusing on both equity and debt investments.
