Youth Programme Director/Couple
Part Time – 10 hours/week
£6,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen to rewrite youth programming in the United Synagogue from the ground up. The successful candidate(s), who will have considerable experience of youth work, will, through dialogue with our young people, create vibrant age banded groups that will come together to celebrate Jewish identity.
This is a fixed-term project for 12 months, with an option for a further 12 months extension, dependent on successfully meeting set KPIs in the first year
In this fresh approach to engaging youth, the candidate(s) will be required to meet young people in our community face to face, develop relationships and, building on their input, put together and lead an inspirational programme of activities meeting the specific needs of different cohorts.
The person(s) to be appointed should have excellent organisational and people skills as well as the drive to head up this innovative project.
