Magen David Adom covers ALL its emergency vehicles with the names and faces of those held captive in Gaza
Poignant and profound gesture of solidarity with the families of those kidnapped by Hamas terrorists and taken to Gaza on 7th October
Magen David Adom (MDA) has placed posters with the names and faces of those being held in captivity in Gaza on the rear windows of all of its ambulances and MICU’s (Mobile Intensive Care Unit) across Israel.
As reported by Jewish News, since the beginning of the war, MDA, Israel’s non-profit emergency service, has treated thousands of people, including MDA personnel who were involved in saving lives.
About 1,400 MDA ambulances, including bulletproof ambulances, are manned by MDA volunteers and employees.
MDA has collected over 31,000 units of blood from volunteer donors and MDA helicopters have carried out dozens of missions to evacuate wounded civilians and soldiers from the south to hospitals throughout the country.
