My Name is Barbra
Barbra Streisand's long-awaited autobiography is being published in November
We will have to wait until November to get our hands on a copy but Barbra Streisand has penned an autobiography about her life, covering everything from growing up in Brooklyn to her role in Funny Girl and her long, successful career. According to the synopsis, My Name is Barbra is “like Barbra herself, frank, funny opinionated and charming.” In a 2021 interview with Jimmy Fallon, Babs said that for periods between 1999 and 2008 she “really started writing” for her memoir but she was always too busy to finish it . She finally found the time during the pandemic. One for the Chanukah wish list.
