Netanyahu to meet prime minister and Boris Johnson in London
The Israeli prime minister is due to hold talks with Foreign Minister Boris Johnson in addition to Theresa May on Monday.
Benjamin Netanyahu will meet Boris Johnson as well as Theresa May during his trip to London.
The Israeli leader is expected to touch down in London on Sunday evening for his first meeting with his British counterpart.
He will be greeted by protests by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign and a counter demo led by the Zionist Federation when he arrives in Downing Street for talks tomorrow.
Having backed the controversial UN resolution on settlements in December, Theresa May then criticised John Kerry’s focus on settlements and outspoken attack on the make-up of the Israeli government, before the foreign office made clear its belief that a peace summit in Paris risked hardening attitudes.
