Teenager in court over TikTok videos of people entering London homes
Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, 18, is charged with failing to comply with a community protection notice
An 18-year-old man is to appear in court following an investigation into TikTok “prank” videos which showed a group of people entering into homes in London without permission.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that Bacari-Bronze O’Garro was charged on Tuesday evening with failing to comply with a community protection notice.
O’Garro, of Hackney, will appear at Thames magistrates court on Wednesday.
DCS James Conway, of the Met’s central east command unit, responsible for policing in Hackney and Tower Hamlets, said: “Understandably there has been extensive comment on this case in the media and on social media.
“Now that an individual has been charged, I would ask that the judicial process be respected and allowed to take its proper course.”
